By using the wa lists inside the live driver structures, we won't
catch issues where those are incorrectly setup or corrupted.
To cover this gap, update the workaround framework to allow saving the
wa lists to independent structures and use them in the selftests.

Neat, slightly more work than I hoped it might have been so sorry about
that, but looks an improvement overall (with the explicit wa_list
parameters).

Pushed, thanks for the fix etc (sorry!) and the review!

As a side note I am thinking as a follow up if wa init should actually 
go to intel_engine_setup, since it doesn't do any hw access - and that 
used to be the criteria.

Also on a longer term TODO list I have trying to move this all to static 
tables as per request from Joonas.

Any point in checking that the two copies of each list also match? 
(Separate subtest, for easy problem detection.) Say rename 
wa_list_verify to wa_list_verify_mmio and add a new wa_list_compare 
which would compare the two lists.
