When communicating with the host we need to share part of
the memory.

Let's implement the ultravisor calls for this.

It only depends on the prefixing, the call can use both.

as far as we are concerned, it's unpredictable

this means that a guest should avoid sharing any prefix (or
reverse prefix) pages.
