Add support for
 - Loading Custom KPU profile entries
 - Add NPC profile Load from System Firmware DB
 - Add Support fo Coalescing KPU profiles
 - General Updates/Fixes to default KPU profile

Changelog:
 v2->v3
 	Fix compilation warnings.
