This patch adds DT binding document for Media Data Path 3 (MDP3)
a unit in multimedia system used for scaling and color format convert.

The name of the file should be in the format vendor,compatible. In
this case is a bit complicated as there are different compatibles but
at least i'd use a generic name, i.e "mediatek,mtk-mdp3"

These are all different h/w blocks, right? I think they should be 
separate schema files.
