Add a new 'guest-get-diskstats' command for report disk io statistics
for Linux guests. This can be usefull for getting io flow or handling
IO fault, no need to enter guests.

So this is best effort and some variables are going to be unset. I think we should give callers a chance to differentiate whether zero value they are seeing is a result of us parsing zero in sscanf() above OR whether we just did not bother filling the value.
