It seems my previous comments were not fully addressed. Maybe my

Just to be sure - I refer to last three clocks here as indicated by
minItems:2.

DTS does not define them, so something here is not complete or correct.

DT is incomplete; I don't have that in my current patchset. Will add later when PCIE and
USB nodes are complete.

Bindings should be complete as much as possible, therefore please define
in the DTS stub clocks (fixed clocks) to fill these with a TODO notes.

They should all be required by the binding, but I will accept .dts
files with not yet available sources specified as <0>.

Including clock-names in the binding indicates that clocks are indexed
based on these names (which is what we've done for many years now).

As we're transitioning the clock providers to rely solely on the
ordering of clocks, I prefer that we omit the clock-names property, just
to make it clear that clock-names is effectively ignored by Linux.

the remaining clocks.
