If an architecture opted in to DMA bouncing of unaligned kmalloc()
buffers (ARCH_WANT_KMALLOC_DMA_BOUNCE), reduce the minimum kmalloc()
cache alignment below cache-line size to ARCH_KMALLOC_MINALIGN.
