The KVM RISC-V allows scaler crypto extensions for Guest/VM so let us
add these extensions to get-reg-list test. This includes extensions
Zbkb, Zbkc, Zbkx, Zknd, Zkne, Zknh, Zkr, Zksed, Zksh, and Zkt.
