Is having 38 twice expected?
If not, why not use an enum, BTW?

SCU1_RESET_I3C15 is defined twice.

No, that's not how it works. Aspeed already sent it and recieved
feedback. Do not send duplicated patches, without history/changelog. You
keep avoiding discussion, do not reply and then send something again
without changes.

Respond to feedback you got and implement it.

Yes, it is expected. Due to 38 is shared reset for 2 usb controller.
One for EHCI, another is for vhub0. So I do define the same value.
That I can do more clear in dtsi description.
The following will be expected dtsi file descript.

ehci0: usb@12061000 {
        .....
        resets = <&syscon0 SCU0_RESET_PORTA_EHCI>;
};

vhuba0: usb-vhub@12060000 {
        .......
        resets = <&syscon0 SCU0_RESET_PORTA_VHUB0>;
};

Apologize for your mis-lead, I do the internal discussion, it should not send "Introduce ASPEED AST27XX BMC SoC" series patch. it should be separate series patch.
Not mess together like previous "Introduce ASPEED AST27XX BMC SoC".
It should be bite by bite, example clk driver patches, platform patches, interrupt patches.
That the reason I send clk driver patch series in separate.
Apologize again.

No, that's confusing. Don't do this. You are hiding information that one
reset is shared. Terrible idea.

OK I can remove this.
Use #define SCU0_RESET_PORTA_USB              (38)
