Moving the code from vkms_output.c to vkms_drv.c be its own patch. I'm not sure whether the calls to drm_mode_crtc_set_gamma_size() and drm_crtc_enable_color_mgmt() should go here or they belong to a different patch. The current VKMS driver uses non-managed function to create crtcs. It is not an issue yet, but in order to support multiple devices easly, convert this code to use drm and device managed helpers.
