* Summary of Changes:

This patchset adds a new xfrm mode implementing on-demand IP-TFS. IP-TFS
(AggFrag encapsulation) has been standardized in RFC9347.

This feature supports demand driven (i.e., non-constant send rate)
IP-TFS to take advantage of the AGGFRAG ESP payload encapsulation. This
payload type supports aggregation and fragmentation of the inner IP
packet stream which in turn yields higher small-packet bandwidth as well
as reducing MTU/PMTU issues. Congestion control is unimplementated as
the send rate is demand driven rather than constant.

In order to allow loading this fucntionality as a module a set of
callbacks xfrm_mode_cbs has been added to xfrm as well.

Patchset Structure:

The first 6 commits are changes to the net and xfrm infrastructure to
support the callbacks as well as more generic IP-TFS additions that
may be used outside the actual IP-TFS implementation.

The last 10 commits constitute the IP-TFS implementation constructed in
layers to make review easier. The first 9 commits all apply to a single
file `net/xfrm/xfrm_iptfs.c`, the last commit adds a new tracepoint
header file along with the use of these new tracepoint calls.

I consider to apply this version to ipsec-next if we don't
get further review in the next days. Do reviewers and
testers of previous versions want to add some tags before
that?

I ran few tests. The basic tests passed. I noticed packet loss with ping -f 
especilly on IPv6.

Occessionally, once every, 3-4 tries, I noticed packet loss and kernel 
splat.

Without iptfs, in tunnel mode, I  have never see the kernel splat or packet losss. 

Have you tried ping6 -f? and possibly with "dont-frag"?

The setup is a simple one, host-to-host tunnel,

I will run some IPv6 flood tests with dont-frag, and see if I can replicate this.

Is this a custom version? The output is suspicious. The reorder window is for handling the receipt of out-of-order tunnel packets, it's a `dir-in` attribute. The above output shows reorder-window under the `dir out` SA and is missing from the `dir in` SA. FWIW `drop-time` is also a receiving parameter, and `pkt-size` is a sending parameter, these both appear to be in the wrong spot.

right. It was a older version iproute2. I figured it out after I send the 
previous e-mail.  There was no XFRMA_NAT_KEEPALIVE_INTERVAL.

This was happening during packet aggregation with locally originated pings. Fixed in patchset v11 by calling skb_orphan on skbuffs prior to aggregating them together into a single skbuff.
