This adds support for the camera subsystem on the Snapdragon 670.

Ah, this patch (5/5) depends on commit 7f58b336f3e0 ("dt-bindings: i2c:
qcom-cci: Document SDM670 compatible") for `make CHECK_DTBS=y` to
succeed.

The CI isn't wrong, it's just easier to state the dependency in a reply
without sending a new version.
