[v2,1/2] MAINTAINERS: Add Samsung pinctrl entries

It's convenient if get_maintainer suggests sending samsung/exynos
pinctrl changes to linux-samsung-soc and to Tomasz and Thomas.

- Updated with Thomas and Tomasz; removed Linus since he's already
  there as part of the general pinctrl match.
