[00/28] ASoC: cleanup patches for soc-core

Hi Mark

I want to add multi CPU DAI support to ALSA SoC.
But I noticed that we want to cleanup ALSA SoC before that.
These patches will do nothing from "technical" point of view.
Just for cleanup
