[00/58] ALSA: Constifications

Hi, inspired by the recent fixes for constification, I took a look at the whole tree and found that there are still a lot of remaining low hanging fruits. So here is the result -- const prefix is added where possible and where necessary. BTW, I haven't touched ASoC code as they are way too hot to play with at this time. They have different code patterns, so most of these conversions don't apply in anyway, but there must be some other missing gems, so if anyone wants, just go digging there. thanks, Takashi === Takashi
