[v3,00/18] ASoC: soc-pcm cleanup step3

Hi Mark

These are v3 of soc-pcm cleanup step3.
Main change from v2 is that last patch was splited
into each files (= [10/18] to [18/18]).
And all patches have Reviewed-by tag from Ranjani
