The tests were derived from the existing kms_vblank tests with the 'wait' variant elided as the new API doesn't provide a mechanism for blocking in the kernel. v2: from Dave Airlie * Add local definitions of new ioctls to avoid requiring latest libdrm. * Remove FIRST_PIXEL_OUT as that has been removed from the proposed kernel patches.
