s390/mm: Add huge pmd storage key handling

Storage keys for guests with huge page mappings have to be managed in
hardware. There are no PGSTEs for PMDs that we could use to retain the
guests's logical view of the key.

Uh, that's a particular bad one. set_guest_storage_key declares
address inside the code as the physical address get_ and reset_ just
don't care and mask the pte value. As I tried to make the code look
similar I moved it up there, this was waiting to happen.

What's the generall opnion to also s/addr/vaddr/ ?
