Add support for VCNL4035, which is capable of Ambient light
sensing (ALS) and proximity function. This patch adds support
only for ALS function

controlled variable.  For the majority of device types scale
would be the preferred choice, but for light sensors the fact
that this is unusual in that it is linear, means that integration
time is probably the more common one to be controlled.

Hmm. Normally I'd say that the default should be scale, but
because most light sensors are no where near linear, we have
quite a few where integration time is controlled (IIRC) because
there isn't a choice.
