PTLRPC definitions to enums for cleanliness, and use them:

enum lustre_msg_version for LUSTRE_*_VERSION
enum lustre_msg_magic for LUSTRE_MSG_MAGIC_*
enum lustre_msghdr for MSGHDR_*
