This adds the implementation of file operations for exfat.

I think this part should use current_time() instead of ktime_get_real_ts64()
so it gets truncated to the correct resolution and range.

Please also check if there are other callers of ktime_get_real_ts64() that
may need the same change.

Hello! Now I spotted that you forgot to update "modify_time_ms" entry.

To prevent this problem, maybe function modify_time_ms() could take
another (optional) parameter for specifying time_ms?
