Things like the percpu_counters, the mapping_tree, and the csum hash can
all be free'd at btrfs_free_fs_info time, since the helpers all check if
the structure has been init'ed already.  This significantly cleans up
the error cases in open_ctree.

There is no btrfs_free_fs_info but just free_fs_info. What tree is this
patch based on?

Ok I saw you have sneaked this function in 36/40. I have provided

Mentioning the involved call chains will be helpful e.g

btrfs_mount_root
  btrfs_fill_super
    open_ctree <--- if this fails then we have:


btrfs_mount_root
  deactivate_locked_super
   ->kill_sb (btrfs_kill_sb)
     btrfs_free_fs_info.
