Elkhartlake does not have as many PLL combinations as Icelake.
Use a simpler get pll function and reuse intel_put_pll for ehl.

but is it changing the pll assigments? is it fixing anything? That's
what important to know in the commit message. By the
insertion/deletions, doesn't really look simpler if previous code was
working.
