_ALIGN() is specific to powerpc
ALIGN() is generic and does the same

Replace _ALIGN() by ALIGN()

Perhaps this once needed to be more flexiable, but now it always
aligns to 256M and then to 16MB.

This is an open coded align to VMALLOC_OFFSET.
