The pci_dev struct already contains variable "d3cold_delay", thus renaming "d3_delay" to "d3hot_delay" reduces ambiguity as PCI devices support two variants of the D3 power state: D3hot and D3cold. Also, rename other constants and variables, and updates code comments and documentation to ensure alignment with the PCI specification. There is no change to the functionality.
