A helper is added to allow seq file writing of kernel data
structures using vmlinux BTF.  Its signature is

long bpf_seq_btf_write(struct seq_file *m, struct btf_ptr *ptr,
		       u32 btf_ptr_size, u64 flags);

Flags and struct btf_ptr definitions/use are identical to the
bpf_btf_snprintf helper, and the helper returns 0 on success
or a negative error value.

bpf_btf_ prefix is a bit mouthful.

May be bpf_print_btf() and bpf_seq_print_btf() ?

Similarly pls introduce bpf_print_prepare() helper in the patch 3 right away.
It reads odd when something that was just introduced in the previous patch
gets refactored in the next.

The rest looks great to me.
Please address build bot issues and respin.
