[v6,1/2] spi: add support for DLN-2 USB-SPI adapter

This adds support for Diolan DLN2 USB-SPI adapter.

Information about the USB protocol interface can be found in the
Programmer's Reference Manual [1], see section 5.4.6 for the SPI
master module commands and responses.

 * use get_unaligned macro in dln2_spi_copy_from_buf() for BE 32 bit case since
   the DLN2 RX buffer is just 2 byte aligned. Also, document this in the

We recently added a spi_transfer_is_last() operation which should allow
you to move this to using transfer_one() which is a bit nicer.

It would be nice to have runtime PM operations which keep the device
disabled when idle, presumably that'd save a bit of power and it's
generally better practice.
