parisc: Fix ftrace function and function_graph tracers

Fix the FTRACE function tracers for 32- and 64-bit kernel.
Reimplement some coding in assembly and utilize some optimizations, e.g.
put mcount() and ftrace_stub() into one L1 cacheline.
