Fix output from checkpatch.pl like:
 Symbolic permissions 'S_IRUSR' are not preferred.
 Consider using octal permissions '0400'.

This introduced a new checkpatch warning:

drivers/net/wireless/ath/ath10k/debug.c:2494: Alignment should match open parenthesis

I fixed that in the pending branch.
