Add option to allow choosing how to adjust brightness if
panel supports both PWM pin and AUX channel.

This is not right. The bits in DPCD 0x702 don't mean anything if
DP_EDP_TCON_BACKLIGHT_ADJUSTMENT_CAP in 0x701 is not set.
