[4/7] target/m68k: add explicit single and double precision operations

Add fssqrt, fdsqrt, fsadd, fdadd, fssub, fdsub, fsmul, fdmul,
fsdiv, fddiv.

The precision is managed using set_floatx80_rounding_precision().
