[10/16] mm: Use pagevec_lookup_range_tag() in __filemap_fdatawait_range()

Use pagevec_lookup_range_tag() in __filemap_fdatawait_range() as it is
interested only in pages from given range. Remove unnecessary code
resulting from this.
