Documentation: sti-asoc-card: update tdm mode

- Add "TDM" in the st,mode property list
- st,mode property is also mandatory for reader
- add tdm playback dai-link example

I forgot to include this patch into "[PATCH v2] ASoC: sti: unip tdm mode" serie
that has been applied.

This patch is the same than the one previously sent in
http://mailman.alsa-project.org/pipermail/alsa-devel/2016-March/106392.html

Please submit patches using subject lines reflecting the style for the
subsystem.  This makes it easier for people to identify relevant
patches.
