[BlueZ,v2,2/2] doc/gatt-api: Add 'X-asynchronous` permissions

Update docs to reflect the addition of `X-asynchronous` permissions,
which allow a GATT server to restrict CCC write permissions via
permissions set on its associated characteristic.
