The driver can be compile tested with !CONFIG_OF making certain data
unused.

There was a patch to mark OF related data as maybe unused in flight when
I was doing my bluetooth driver work and I didn't notice it.  Since I
don't build on !CONFIG_OF systems, I hadn't seen the warning.  This
patch simply marks our data as maybe unused as well.
