Normally, libmp_mapinfo will only return the name and uuid of a device if the device matches all the check requirements. Add a flag, MAPINFO_ID_IF_FOUND, to make it return the name and uuid as long as the result isn't DMP_ERR or DMP_NOT_FOUND. This will be used by a future patch.
