[v2] drm/exynos: fimd: clean up pm suspend/resume

This patch removes unnecessary runtime pm related function calls
from fimd_suspend and fimd_resume functions.

Changelog v2:
- use UNIVERSAL_DEV_PM_OPS macro instead.
