Add calls to drm_bridge_add()/drm_bridge_remove() DRM bridges created by
the driver. This fixes the following warning.

Changes since v1:
 - Dropped drm_bridge_detach() call, it is not necessary, also it breaks
   compilation if MSM DRM is built as module.
