Add support for the 1200x1920 BOE TV101WUM-LL2 DSI Display Panel found
in the Lenovo Smart Tab M10 tablet. The controller is unknown.

optional nit: now that the single caller of this function isn't
looking at the error code, you could make boe_tv101wum_ll2_off()
return "void".

In any case, this looks good.
