When loading a chained midx, we build up an array of hashes, one per
layer of the chain. But since the chain is also represented by the
linked list of multi_pack_index structs, nobody actually reads this
array. We pass it to add_midx_to_chain(), but the parameters are
completely ignored.

So we can drop those unused parameters. And then we can see that its
sole caller, load_midx_chain_fd_st(), only cares about one layer hash at a
time (for parsing each line and feeding it to the single-layer midx
code). So we can replace the array with a single object_id on the stack.

The tb/incremental-midx-part-1 topic hit 'next', so my unused-parameter
topic flagged this. Usually I just queue the annotations to send in a
batch, but this one made me think for a minute to make sure that it
wasn't a bug (I think it's just a leftover from early development).
It should apply directly on top of what Junio has queued.

I really need to polish up the remainder of those annotations and send
them in (I've been waiting a bit because there's a lot of flux around
t/helper and unit-test migrations, which all need a lot of annotations).
But then we could notice this stuff in a more timely manner.
