Add initial support for Variscite Symphony evaluation kit with
VAR-SOM-MX8MP System on Module.

Change in v2:

in patch 1/2:
	- Removed unnecessary property: "status"

in patch 2/2:
	- Appropriate board name instead of the SoM alone
