[2/7] drm/i915: Return residency as microseconds

Change the granularity from milliseconds to microseconds
when returning rc6 residencies. This is in preparation
for increased resolution on some platforms.

Is DIV_ROUND_UP() 64bit safe? I think this needs DIV_ROUND_UP_ULL()
