No functional change. This patch only splits the xe_display_pm suspend/resume functions in the regular suspend/resume from the runtime/d3cold ones. The goal is to continue with a clean-up on the sequences that might not be needed on runtime, even for D3cold. But, for now, bring them to a separate place where it can be easily seen and scrutinized.
