Add new registers and related bits. Compute the strength
value and tap value based on display mode.

Perhaps a comment that casf cannot be enabled if panel fitter is already 
enable, will be better here.

Instead of printing here, sharpness enable, strength, win size should be 
part of intel_crtc_state_dump().

Sharpness filter can be 3X3 5X5 and 7X7 should be defined as such.
