[v2,04/39] drm/i915: fix kernel-doc trivial warnings on i915/*.[ch] files

There are several trivial warnings there, due to trivial things:
	- lack of function name at the kerneldoc markup;
	- renamed functions;
	- wrong parameter syntax.

Fix such warnings:
