[RFC,qom-cpu,28/41] kvm: Change kvm_{insert,remove}_breakpoint() argument to CPUState

CPUArchState is no longer directly used since converting CPU loops to
CPUState.

Prepares for changing GDBState::c_cpu to CPUState.
