Hyper-V partition must possess 'HV_X64_REMOTE_TLB_FLUSH_RECOMMENDED'
privilege ('recommended' is rather a misnomer) to issue
HVCALL_FLUSH_VIRTUAL_ADDRESS_LIST/SPACE hypercalls.
