HV_X64_MSR_CRASH_P0 ... HV_X64_MSR_CRASH_P4, HV_X64_MSR_CRASH_CTL are only
available to guest when HV_FEATURE_GUEST_CRASH_MSR_AVAILABLE bit is
exposed.
