Add a test which modifies CMM page states while migration is in
progress.

please make all ints unsigned unless you really need them signed

I would do (pagebuf + (thread_iters % 4) * PAGE_SIZE

this way you will actually change the values for each page at each
iteration (will need a bigger buffer)

I would use WRITE_ONCE, otherwise you probably need a mb() here
