linux/thermal.h: Rename KELVIN_TO_CELSIUS to DECI_KELVIN_TO_CELSIUS

The macros KELVIN_TO_CELSIUS and CELSIUS_TO_KELVIN actually work on
decikelvins, so rename them to reflect their actual semantics.
